Is Cryptocurrency Another Dot-Com? Planning for Crypto Assets

Are cryptocurrencies and NFTs just another temporary tech boom? Or are they an alternative asset class that requires planning before its value skyrockets, dives or security access is lost due to theft, regulation, death, taxes?

This session will discuss income, wealth and inheritance tax planning and checklists for these blockchain assets of growing importance to the wealth management industry. Elements of marital property and forced heirship regimes will also be considered in this context.

This presentation is ideal for advisors with International clients.
