We will start with an introduction to Hong Kong current issues, year 2047 considerations, legal rights and common law.  Then we will move into an explanation of the tax system in regard to residents, non residents, assets, estates and DTA's. The presentation will review Hong Kong based structures and interplay with other jurisdictions and tax law for assets, business and family succession and retirement.

We will include some case studies of structuring for multi-jurisdictional families and multi-jurisdictional assets.
