In this presentation, Blair Botsford, will examine the legal basis for requiring fiduciaries such as executors, trustees, attorneys for property and guardians of property, to account for their financial and other decisions as well as the required form of financial accounts. Blair will also discuss who is entitled to request an accounting and when. Finally, Blair will provide some tips and tricks to help fiduciaries stay onside.
